We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The Senior Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and nurturing strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong aptitude for negotiation and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Continuously prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through active networking and relationship building.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand customers’ needs and preferences to provide personalised recommendations and assistance throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring effective resolution.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of various vehicles.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Market and Industry Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of customer demands.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team regarding market trends and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying and seizing sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
