Senior Sales Executive

A multi franchise Dealer, Dennehy Motors Group are the proud holders of Renault, Dacia, Fiat, Opel and Jeep. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The Senior Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and nurturing strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong aptitude for negotiation and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Continuously prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through active networking and relationship building.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand customers’ needs and preferences to provide personalised recommendations and assistance throughout the sales process.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring effective resolution.

Sales Process Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of various vehicles.
  • Negotiate pricing, financing options, and terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Market and Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of customer demands.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team regarding market trends and customer preferences.

Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying and seizing sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
